In the early 1970?s, Eastern Exterior Wall Systems (EEWS) pioneered the prefabrication of exterior walls. Since then, EEWS prefabricated building exteriors mark the landscapes of city and suburban streets from New England to the Carolinas and west to Chicago. With more than 10 million square feet of prefabricated systems designed, custom-manufactured and installed, exteriors remain EEWS? primary focus today. We can create any system architecturally imagined including multiple cladding shapes and types expertly fabricated into one prefabricated system. We produce our systems from multiple climate-controlled fabrication facilities in Pennsylvania and New York totaling more than 300,000 square feet of work space.
Our heritage is built on a foundation of building experts and trade craftsmanship continuously evolving over nine-decades in multi-trade building construction. Many members of our team are second and third generation employees. During their careers within the EEWS fabrication facilities, these dedicated artisans adapt and grow in their craft developing deeper skills in creating prefabricated wall systems. The integration of these skilled artisans working alongside those with expertise in design, technology, and general construction define our heritage and propel EEWS to the forefront of prefabricated systems.
