Stanyan Hill Controls, LLC (SHC) is a fully independent boiler control systems integrator specializing in control system design (balance of plant, combustion control, burner management, and SCADA). Our services also include programming, consulting, and field service.

We are a UL / cUL listed industrial control panel shop. Our certification covers open and enclosed industrial control panels for flame control, industrial machinery, and general purpose use. We design and manufacture custom control panels for industrial firetube and watertube boilers. We have years of hands on experience commissioning boiler control systems in power plants both domestically and abroad.

We offer programmming services for manufacturing companies that have a seasonal backlog as well as direct work with plant managers. We have an in-depth working knowledge of PLCs, PACs, process loop controllers, boilers, deaerators, condensate return systems, and lead lag sequencers. In addition, our control systems are designed and commissioned in compliance with NFPA 70, NFPA 85, CSA, UL, FM and IRI guidelines.

We are available for field service and routine calibration of field devices such as transmitters, valves, and dampers. Only NIST traceable test equipment is used for calibration.
