Hello, investors, renters, buyers and sellers

We are full time real estate investors, based in the San Francisco Bay area, we originally started our part time investment careers in 2007.



This is our first real estate website and as you can tell it is a working progress, we will constantly update this site until we get the results we want.



The purpose of this site is to let people know what we do, which really is to provide a house which a person or persons can call home (My house is my Castle).





Although we get involved with many types of transactions, our 'cookie cutter' technique is purchasing subject-to and selling via lease-option.

What about real estate?

Real estate will always be our first love and our primary focus. We believe that long term wealth is best built through real estate. Our primary focus on real estate does not mean that you will receive second class service with our website products. Quite to the contrary.

We have a full staff of programmers on-call 24/7 who take care of website setup and maintenance with blazing speed. I expect perfection and I demand it from our programmers.
