Northeast Institute of Gymnastics has been in existence for many years. We are the oldest gymnastics school in Albany and offer pre- school classes, recreational classes, competitive teams, private lessons tumbling and birthday parties as well as summer and vacation camps.

Our philosophy at Northeast is to teach gymnastics to children of ages 2 years and older in a fun-filled safe environment. Our instructors are 100% trained with knowledge of safety and all professionally certified.
