Nexus Plastics California has developed a 5000-square-foot clean room that incorporates extrusion within the enclosed area. It offers Class 100,000 to Class 100 capability to provide specialized packaging for the medical, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, silicon and ultra-pure packaging industries. Our customized bag-making equipment can seal bags up to 20 mil (0.5mm) gusseted. That is a total of 80 mil (2mm) of film thickness!

Adjacent to our clean room is our Converting Department, which provides supplementary clean room space for specialty products. In addition, Nexus utilizes special handling, and offers premium packaging to eliminate exterior gross contamination.

Nexus Plastics California manufactures and warehouses all products on site where finished goods are securely packaged and placed on pallets, then clearly marked and segregated for proper storage and easy shipment.
Equipment includes blown film extruder lines, in-line bag machines, converting machines and printing presses offering one- to four-color printing.
