Jon Leeb, CEO

Jon has an extensive and diverse career in commercial real estate . Jon has served as President of Leebco, a privately held real estate investment company, that developed and managed a portfolio of office and R&D properties in Silicon Valley. Prior to Leebco, Jon was President of U.S. Select Capital where he was responsible for overseeing the real estate lending and borrowing, asset management and investor reporting for U.S. Select and its affiliates. Prior to U.S. Select Capital, Jon was Senior Vice President of Capital Markets at PNC ARCS where he led the Capital Markets division, structuring loans to national real estate developers and investors through placements with investment banks, life insurance companies, and commercial banks. Over the course of his career, he has closed over $1.5 billion in transactions.

Prior to joining PNC ARCS, Jon was a founding employee of LoopNet (a NASDAQ listed company, since sold to CoStar), and Marcus & Millichap Capital, both of which he helped launch. He began his career in Silicon Valley as an agent with Cornish and Carey Commercial.

Jon received his Bachelor of Science in international affairs from the University of Colorado and his Juris Doctorate from Concord Law School.
