IHA Arbor Park Primary Care is dedicated to providing people of all ages the best medical care in a supportive environment and to offering the best service for all of our families. We attend not only to your physical health, but also pay close attention to your emotional well being with a family orientated approach. We have a special focus on preventive care and helping you stay healthy.

Our physicians are on the staff of St. Joseph Mercy Ann Arbor. Patients are referred as needed for care at St. Joseph Mercy Ann Arbor or Michigan Medicine as appropriate. Our staff has been through the IHA Customer Service program and continues to work on their service skills at all times to better serve our families.

a. IHA Arbor Park Primary Care has been designated a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH). PCMH patients and their family (when appropriate) establish a partnership with their practitioners to ensure they have the support needed to make decisions and participate in their own health care.

As a practice we know that preventive care, including vaccinations, is the most important part of our service to our patients and families. To best protect your children, our other patients, as well as our staff and providers from vaccine-preventable illness, we have made the decision to only accept families into our practice who plan to fully vaccinate their children according to the CDC, American Academy of Pediatrics and American Academy of Family Physicians guidelines.
