Gerding Builders, our primary General Contracting/Construction Management company, is comprised of knowledgeable Project Managers with expertise in a variety of construction markets and a wide range of project requirements that include State/City/County Jurisdictions, LEED, Earth Advantage, BIM, Energy Trust, Corps of Engineers, ODOT, DEQ, and other federal agencies. They work with our experienced Superintendents who began their training as craftspeople and earned a place as project leaders through years of diligence and demonstrating the ability to oversee complex jobs. Together, they take ownership for delivering each project on schedule, under budget, without safety incidents, with a high degree of quality, and with a professionalism and level of service you'll be pleased with.

T. Gerding Construction, our craft labor company, completes concrete and carpentry projects ranging from simple slab-on-grade single-story structures to multi-level cast-in-place concrete buildings. Tilt-up concrete wall systems are one of our specialties that is attractive, cost-effective and low-maintenance with a life-time well beyond other materials. We're also experienced with architectural concrete as well as specialty finishes including color, stain, exposed aggregate and polished surfaces, so we can help you select the best look for your building inside and out. Our carpentry capabilities include all facets of rough and finish carpentry, with specialized abilities in seismic upgrades and heavy timber framing.
