Clean Efficient Energy Company, LLC., was incorporated in 2006 to shrink residential home loads and substitute clean energy for fossil fuel energy combustion. Originally, the idea was residential wind and solar electric energy, however, it became clear that making a house energy efficient (shrinking the load) was fundamental and primary.
The founder, Rick Jenkins, became certified to install solar electric panels on homes (2007), then wind turbines in (2007), became an accredited RESNET Energy rater in January of 2008, an NAHB Green Verifier in July of 2008, and a Building Performance Institute Certified Building Analyst in January of 2009. Rick Jenkins was one of the first ENERGY Star 3 verified Raters in the country.
Most of our work is new and existing home energy efficiency consulting. We work with architects and designers on ensuring plans built will meet different energy code requirements, such as ENERGY STAR or NAHB Green Verification. We are fully insured ($1,000,000 General Liability & $500,000 E&O.)
