Doors have been a part of our family history since 1975. Mr. Childers became a sub contractor for Bloomington Overhead Door in an effort to make an extra income. He soon formed a partnership with Mr. Park, the owner of Bloomington Overhead Door, establishing a residential division that provided service to the residential market in the Bloomington/Normal area.

Dedicated to upholding their founding standards of quality products and services,Childers Door Service became an authorized Raynor(R) distributor in 1978.


Today, Childers Door Service of Central Illinois, LLC is a second generation, female owned corporation with a strong reputation of offering high quality products, customer service, and long-standing repair services at very competitive prices in Bloomington/Normal and the surrounding counties. Our experienced owners include: Kevin Childers (certified Raynor(R) residential service/installation, Raynor(R) Commercial service/installation, Certified Fire Door Testing, certified fork truck & lifts, Member of CSDDA), Jarrod Thompson (Sales, Estimates, Service), Cathy Davis Service Manager and Dianna Childers (Human Resources, Business Office).
