Ampray is a company with heart. Accessing the power of Earth's greatest resource is something that everyone should be able to obtain. Making solar energy affordable for customers without losing quality has been the company's main focus. By building relationships with our suppliers and ordering in bulk we have been able to bring our costs down and pass those savings on to you. Ampray also strives to educate about solar energy by spending the time to explain the process and what our customers can do to conserve energy. We hope that the end result is that our customers receive an energy consumption awareness which creates a ripple effect to influence the community and the world beyond.

What We Do

Even though solar on the roof has been widely fashionable, our solar installation is a simple approach which places the solar array in your yard. Our typical customers are homeowners with 1+ acres that have at least 2000 square feet of sunny ground near their utility meter. We install ground mounted, grid tied, 25 kilowatt solar arrays in the rural Kansas City, Missouri area. We install them for homes, small businesses, and outbuildings.

We like to work together as a family. We like to help other people. We love to hear our customers when they call us excited about how much they saved on their electric bill. We enjoy coming to work, working hard, making a living, and improving the future. We hope to encourage others to find the value in working together as a family and we hope to pass on this value to our own children.

Where We're Going

We want to be valuable to the community and continue serving them for years to come. Aside from installing solar we also want to sell kits and materials to do-it-yourselfers, and other solar installers.
