Todd Oney and Melanie Fackler (owners) have partnered with the Elite Hearing network which provides over 6 different manufacturers to choose from. We can service and honor warranties for any product on the market but believe in our partnership with Siemens, Phonak, Sonic Innovations, Unitron, GN Resound, and Bernafon. Hearing Care professionals is focused on staying up with latest training on all manufacturers as well as industry trends. Why? Simple, we want to be able to offer our patients the best customer service of anybody in the industry and make sure that we have the best all around service, maintenance and care programs, products to offer in our area.
