Aerial Access Equipment is the only aerial work platform and forklift specialist in the south and was founded by its President, Gene Torrence, in 1998. Mr. Torrence has over 35 years experience in the equipment business and saw a need for a locally owned and operated company that could provide excellent customer service and value added benefits. Over the past five years, Aerial Access has grown its fleet to over 800 pieces of equipment.

Aerial Access Equipment is An authorized dealer and/or rental house for all of the major aerial work platform and material handler manufacturers, which include JLG Industries, Gradall, Sky Trak, Genie Industries, Terex, Snorkel International, Lift King and TMC.

Our company's success lies in part in its ability to provide an array of services to its customers. With over 130 years of experience in aerial work platforms and telescopic handlers, it can provide minor repairs and major rebuilds on everything we sell. In addition, as a specialist in aerial work platforms, close attention is paid to all ANSI/SIA standards, which helps our customers to stay in compliance of the ANSI/SIA guidelines.
