Owl Homes of Fredonia has been in the manufactured housing business for the past 45 years as a locally owned and independent corporation serving all of Western New York. As time has evolved, so has our company. Owl Homes started as a mobile home dealer offering single and double wide homes. In the 1980's we added modular homes to accommodate the ever changing market.

At Owl Homes our professional sales staff works with our customers to determine their needs from start to finish including but not limited to selecting a floor plan, obtaining financing for the project, and all site work. Owl Homes offers the customer the ability to select an existing floor plan or work with them to create a unique floor plan to meet their specific needs. At Owl Homes we allow the customer the ability to handle as much of the project as they would like or we can offer them a complete turnkey package.
